Ph.D Danilo Monteiro

Hi everyone! My name is Danilo.
I've obtained my Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Center of Informatics of Federal University of Pernambuco (2020). My supervisors were: Dr. Fabio Silva and Dr. Jorge Lima Dias Júnior .
Currently, I am Software Engineering Researcher and Data Scientist at Zup Innovation and Associate Professor at SENAC University (Recife). Previous, I was Professor at some universities, like the University of Pernambuco, Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (EAD), UNINABUCO, Faculty of Philosophy Sciences and Letters of Caruaru and UNINASSAU. The last two, I was the Coordinator of the undergraduate of Computer Science.
My main research interests are Human Aspects in Software Engineering, Education and Training in Computer Science. I am particularly interested in understanding and support software development teams. Furthermore, I am interested at how to improve Software Engineering classes and how companies can effectively train their employees. I am learn how to use Machine Learning to improve education too.
